INFORMA can be used at the table straight from the oven with its fantastic white ceramic plate.
The silicone surround fits to the plate and prevents mixtures, fillings and sauces from dripping. It is practical and easy to remove, leaving your creations in perfect shape.
Recommendations: the silicone plate should be greased every time it is used and the silicone surround only needs to be greased the first time it is used. Both parts are heat resistant up to 280° C.
