Milleforme moulds are 100% made of alimentary silicone, so they
follow the international laws on the materials which must be

Resistant to high temperatures
The Milleforme moulds allow to realize most of the common freezing
and baking processes; indeed they can be put directly form the
refrigerator into the oven. They replace the traditional stainless
steel or pirex moulds in the preparation of both sweet and salty
cakes. Excellent both for cooking and freezing, they can go
in all the different kind of ovens (gas, electric,. Microwaves)
as well as in the refrigerator and freezer.
Big when you use them, small when you store them
The Milleforme moulds can be cleaned either in the dish-washer
or manually and they can be stored bended or rolled up. When
you use them they recover always their original shape. |

Put them in, take them out keeping their shape
Cooking with our Milleforme moulds become as easy as a pie
. You don't need to grease or flour the mould. It is also
very easy to turn out the cakes from the moulds thanks to
the flexibility of the silicone mould which always save the
perfect shape of your cakes. They can be used from - 40° C
up to + 280° C and they stand more than 3000 backings.
